Partner Spotlight: Idaho State Department of Agriculture
Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) and Tyler Idaho collaborated to set up an event registration for the Idaho Farm and Ranch Conference taking place January 4-5, 2024.
The Idaho Farm and Ranch Conference brings together producers, agribusinesses, organizations, and community leaders to exchange knowledge and expertise that positions Idaho agriculture for success.
This year’s conference acknowledges the challenges producers face and is a call to action for our shared commitment to strengthen Idaho agriculture. The Farm and Ranch Conference will address key issues affecting Idaho producers and attendees will engage with a variety of nationally renowned speakers, concurrent workshops, and panel discussions focused on managing finances, overcoming challenges, and planning for the future of the farm.
Idaho Department of Finance Website Refresh
Tyler Idaho, in collaboration with Idaho Department of Finance (IDOF), recently completed a refresh of the agency’s website. Keeping the IDOF mission of "safeguarding the financial health of Idahoans" in mind, the Tyler Idaho team added additional interactive services to the site.
Among the new services, a more comprehensive interactive complaint form was built to further enhance citizens' financial safeguards and fraud reporting.
Latah County to Launch Online Payment Portal
This December, residents in Latah County will be able to make solid waste payments using the new Latah County Solid Waste Payment Portal.
Tyler Idaho worked with Latah County to build a simple, replicable payment portal using Tyler's Engagement Builder platform. The no-code portal allows office staff to upload a CSV or Excel file from a back-office database to create an online payment portal, which allows citizens to enter their account numbers to review and pay full or partial balances. Small and midsized public entities with little or no IT support, can use Engagement Builder to create a payment portal without heavy back-end integration.
Central District Health Launches Online License Renewal
Food establishments can now quickly renew their license using the Central District Health (CDH) License Renewal system. Created on Tyler's Engagement Builder platform, food establishments across Public Health District IV can now go online to pay for license renewals and obtain verification. CDH is one of seven public health districts within the state of Idaho, serving Ada, Boise, Elmore, and Valley counties.
Tyler Idaho Team Gives Back to Our Community
Every now and then, the team at Tyler Idaho likes to take a break from the virtual world we create in to get our hands dirty for a good local cause. This fall, the staff volunteered with the Boise Parks and Recreation (BPR) department to help fix up and winterize some of its picnic tables. The strength of our operations comes from the people we serve in our community. Engaging in service opportunities with BPR helps us enhance our community parks and open spaces we love.
